<p>Junto com a chegada da substituta da CBX 250 Twister, a CB 300R. A Honda também apresentou a nova moto que vai tomar o lugar da XR 250 Tornado, a XRE 300.</p>

<p>Ela conta com um design novo com poucas características da XR 250 Tornado, como a suspensões de longo curso, do escapamento com saída alta. E com um desenho totalmente diferente a antiga Tornado. Agora basta saber se a XRE 300 vai satisfazer o público da XR 250.</p>
<p>Ela conta com 50 cilindradas a mais, ganha então um motor de 300cc, e utiliza sistema de alimentação por injeção eletrônica de combustível PGM-FI.</p>
<p>Ela vai vir nas cores preta, vermelha, amarela metálica. Seu preço público sugerido é de R$ 12.890,00 (base Estado de São Paulo) e não inclui despesas com frete e seguro. A garantia é de um ano, sem limite de quilometragem. A motocicleta chega à rede de concessionárias autorizadas em agosto.</p>
